Flash Gordon offers a small lunch menu by design. Instead of convenience products, there are homemade spaetzle, freshly prepared salads and homemade cakes. A vegetarian dish is available every day.
With a catering service that is as varied as it is creative, the team makes sure that also your events become culinary experiences. Perfectly integrated into the Munich Urban Colab, the Flash Gordon offers you catering services à la carte – from finger food to gala menus.
From the field to the plate, sustainability and regionality always play an important role. Seasonal ingredients, organic meat from Packlhof or regional legumes from Ökoring. The compact menu reduces food waste. In addition, Flash Gordon works with young companies such as the start-up Urban Soul Farm, whose microgreens and sprouts are used to garnish the dishes.
By the way, the name Flash Gordon is no coincidence. Since the Munich Urban Colab is located on Freddie-Mercury-Straße, the restaurant is named after the Queen singer's album of the same name.
