MakerSpace offers everything you need to bring your ideas to life: top-tier equipment, the latest CAD software, and an experienced workshop team ready to support you when you hit a roadblock. Whether you’re working on a prototype, moving into small-batch production, or simply seeking a hands-on challenge—MakerSpace is where the future takes shape.

For over a decade, both startups and established companies have relied on the MakerSpace locations in Munich and Garching for early-stage product development. These include Isar Aerospace, Kewazo, and AirUp. More than 33,000 users have already turned their visions into products at MakerSpace.

Cutting-Edge Machines and Courses

High-end electronics lab, 3D printers (FFF and SLA), and laser cutters—these and countless other tools are waiting for you and your ideas at the Munich Urban Colab.

But let’s be honest: even the best tool is only as good as the hand that holds it. At MakerSpace, you don’t need to be a pro to get started. Under professional guidance, various courses introduce you step-by-step to the machines so you can get started quickly and safely.

Upskilling-Teamworkshops at MakerSpace: Hands-on Innovation

Creative stagnation, a lack of team spirit, or overwhelmed project management—all of these issues can block your project like a stuck screw. That’s why at MakerSpace, we show you the right tools to loosen those blocks and overcome obstacles. In team-building events and prototyping courses, you’ll learn how to foster creative thinking, solve complex problems, and collaborate more effectively.

By the way: The flexible event spaces at MakerSpace can also be booked independently of workshops and courses. This means you can host your own events, such as product presentations or team meetings, in a genuine workshop atmosphere.
