Student initiatives Driving projects forward together

Manage and More is the entrepreneurship scholarship of UnternehmerTUM - Europe's leading center for innovation and business creation. Each semester, 20 students with above-average commitment are selected to be trained as entrepreneurial personalities for three semesters. In the process, they learn to develop business ideas, shape innovation and develop their own leadership personality. The interdisciplinary network also enables cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Mission:

Our scholarship empowers talented students to excel in responsible leadership. We make this possible by developing their personality with professional coaches and comprehensive workshops. By providing profound education in problem-solving methods, we enable our scholars to push impact-driven innovations within their own projects as intra- or entrepreneurs. In doing so, they are supported by an inspiring community that connects high potentials who grow together.

START Munich connects a new generation of entrepreneurs and offers active access to the startup world. Since its founding in 2003, over 300 members have been active in the association and have founded successful startups such as Freeletics, Bits & Pretzels, Unu or Trade Republic.

We empower ambitious and dedicated students from diverse backgrounds to become responsible leaders. We do this by exposing them to social and environmental challenges within their work, supporting their skills and personal development, and making them part of an inspiring community of change makers that will last far beyond their studies.
